… no matter which type of pump complies with your production schedule. We provide you with the required screw pump. For many machines we offer also – out of the regular standard screw pumps, with modern geometric shapes – pumps adapted to the contemporary building materials. Every type of screw pumps is supervised and controlled according to the requirements on the building site.
With the resulting adjustments, as f.ex. for our Cobra II, Cobra III und MIG II, performance and vast service life as well as individual employment are guaranteed.
Also in the builder’s sector of binding material, which are bound with cement or anhydrite, we leave nothing to be desired. However, a great wear factor remains, the aggregate. The right choice of the aggregate affects the wear and the pump efficiency of the material.
Often a bit of oversized grain is enough to reduce the proper operating life of the stators considerably. Crushed stones and siliceous sand are the „killer“ for every rotor and stator. Special Shore-hardness degrees neither are helpful in that case.
